This two pack of expansion trays helps you add drying capacity to Open Country model #FD-62BJX and FD75SK dehydrators. Speckled finish trays work with Open Country's patented Converga-Flow® design for equal distribution of pressurized heat throughout the dehydrator for fast, even drying without rotating the trays. Two trays per pack. Tray measures 13.5'' x 13.5'' x 3'' and weigh 1.5 oz. Made in USA.

We have 2 young children and utilize the dehydrator constantly to make jerky, dried fruit and fruit roll-ups. Great way to make healthy snacks for the kids. Children love cutting the fruit and waiting for the roll-ups to be ready.

Added four trays to bring the total to eight. The unit worked perfectly. Rotating the trays was not required to achieve great jerky.

Manual states that you can have 12. I currently use it with 8 and haven't noticed a big difference in the amount of time it takes to dehydrate jerky using more than the 4 trays that came with the unit.
