Rated 1 out of 5 by Heat Hmmmm Great idea but still needs alot of work. Don't assume it comes with string ....... it doesnt. I had to treck back to camp and get some! I put out 4 a week later 2 of them dropped alright ..... the whole block dropped off the holder. i put cameras on them and no pics, poured syrup on them and had several pics the next nite. My tip to u, get dollar store syrup poke a small hole in the cap and hang upside down. costs less than $3. October 19, 2010

Rated 1 out of 5 by Lester575 Great to attract Racoons I bought this product thinking it looked interesting and might be effective. After two weeks in the field placed on a busy deer trail I have not witnessed one deer give it a second thought or even stop to pick up one of the acorns it dropped on any of my trail cam photos...however it has great power to attract raccoons and I have over 100 pictures of them having great fun with it like kids hitting a pinata at a birthday party. Some really humorous photos but isn't doing anything to attract or interest deer. October 12, 2010

Rated 1 out of 5 by kjames Coons love it I was intriqued after watching a sales pitch on these, and since the deer i hunt eat alot of acorns thought it would be geat if it works. I hung it out and set up my camera with high hopes. I have not had a single deer touch it they might sniff it but thats it. But!!!!! If you hunt coons, they tore it up every night about one a.m. August 22, 2010
