Salt water Conquerer Fishing in Jacksonville Florida requires a Reel that can handle the elements, from Bass Fishing to Red Fish, Speckled Trout, Flounder and Tarpon. Easy to clean and care for. Casts lures forever!, Smooth and strong enough to haul Hogs out of the brush! Partners well with a M/H 7'0 Veritas. July 28, 2012
You Get What You Pay For Reel performs to all expectations. A deep crankers dream. Plan on buying the high speed version for A-Rigs. June 7, 2012
excellant reel Excellant reel, worth every cent of the selling price. Used it in the Gulf of Mexico for salt water fishing. Caught small sharks, spanish mackeral, triple tail and redfish. Handles all very well. Operation is very smooth with excellant casting distances using both live bait and lures. Drag operation is smooth as silk and easy to adjust during runs. One redfish caught was in the 20-25 LB range. In my opinion, it is well built, solid, and easy to operate and adjust. The only draw back for me was the location of the on-off slide switch and being recessed, made it slightly awkward to turn off prior to retrieving the strike but it isn't a problem. I would buy another one if I needed to. May 21, 2012
Musky Fisherman's Dream Machine Throwing heavy bucktails and twins all day is alot of work. The Winch has so much power with the lower gear ratio, it makes a 10 hour day on the water so much easier. I use it for all of my bucktail fishing as well as crankin in topwater globes and creepers. A "must" for any muskie fisherman. March 8, 2012
