Purchased this for use on Yamaha 450. Item fit nicely on the rear rack and instructions were easy to follow. Some minor issues encountered what hard card/stifferner on the two side pockets and getting them to fit and hold in the slots provided so that they hold shape. Had to velcro padded back rest higher so that the bar support would hit rider in the back if you sit back in the seat. Didn't even use the seat cushion. Inside tool bags don't quite support mid-weight tools and they come unvelcroed. When unit is closed it keeps dust and rain out. All in all a very good product for the money.
