I personally take customer reviews seriously; while I am giving this product four stars I'll also provide real feedback:
I ordered the 75 inch model and was disappointed to find it came as two pieces. For my two-man ladder stand I should have ordered the 85 inch model (measure twice, order once). The padding is not very thick but it does keep your weapon from clanging on the rail. I whacked the padded rail with my bow and it didn't phase an 8-pointer 25 yards away.
The rail pads seem well-made and are non-reflective (some 'camo' products are shiny). The zipper feature is far quieter than others made with Velcro, and the padding is fairly quiet. I will order the shorter models for my climbing stand. For their reasonable price they are a huge advantage over stock padding.

The railing covers were very good as far as quality and performance but I did not know that when I ordered the 100 inch railing covers that I would receive 2 - 50 inch pieces. If I had known that I would have ordered the 85 inch covers.
