API Outdoors Hi Point Climbing Treestand
This is my first Climber. I was skeptical but the reviews and price convinced me to try API. I am glad I did. The overall feel is safe and secure in the tree and the seat is way more comfortable than any lock on stand I've had. Only 1 drawback. The included accessory bag had the strap literally fall off. A quick email to customer service and another bag is on its way.

Not Too Bad
just bought this stand on a gamble. i saw no reveiws or videos on youtube but in the long shot i bought it. very light weight, very solid, and affordable! i thought it was comfortable and think i should have no problem sitting in a tree for many hours at once. however i thought the instructions were alittle foggy with some of the steps as far as installing the foot straps but other then that its a nice lightweight comfortable stand!

I used this stand a few times during archery season and once so far during muzzle loader. I am 6' and 240lbs and I have no problems climbing or moving around in the stand but I am athletically built and if my waist was much larger I could see it being a little uncomfortable to climb in. I personally like the chains I feel they grip the tree a little better then cables. The harness that comes with it was way to small for me, and the foot straps for climbing are terrible. I bought the summit rapid climb stirrups and they worked great. Overall a good climbing stand a great price.

Good stand for the money
I bought this stand for my son 2 weeks ago on Friday and received it on Wednesday. The stand was fairly easy to assemble; however, I had some problems with the foot straps. I contacted the 800 number on the stand and spoke with a customer service representative and explain my problem to her. She said it sounded like I was shipped the wrong straps and she would ship out the new Alumi-tech climbing brackets to replace the straps. I would of gave this stand 4 stars because of the climbing straps, but after a quick call to customer service, I am giving it 5 stars. I placed the stand on a tree at home just to see how it hung. The stand appears to be very sturdy. I really wont know till I get up about 25 or 30 feet to see if it will be safe enough to put my son in. From all indications, it appears it will be fine.
