easy to mount and adjust. Makes climbing much easier than with the bungee cord that comes with API stands.

THE CLIMBING BRACKETS ARE THE ONLY WAY TO USE A CLIMBING STAND. THE PROBLEM WITH THESE BRACKETS IS THAT YOU HAVE TO REMOVE THEM BEFORE PACKING YOUR TWO PIECE STAND TOGETHER. I CUT THE OUTSIDE PORTION WITH THE WING NUT OFF AND HAD THE CLIMBING BRACKETS WELDED IN PLACE. THIS MEANS THAT THE STAND GOES TOGETHER QUICKLY AND WITHOUT ANY NOISE.
