Awesome climbing stand, very comfortable it never gives me any trouble. lightweight for the walk in and out of the woods. the only disadvatange is that it takes awhile to get the stand hooked on to the tree in the dark mornings

Rated 2 out of 5 Disappointment/Frustration
2 day order took "4 days"! Then the API Hunter t/s upper section would not grab the tree like the the older models ( this is my third). After examination, i realized that the teeth had not been sharpened either by new design or a mess up at the factory. I finally took a file and sharpened them to more of a point. To be honest, i probably would not order from Bass Pro again and not purchase another API t/s unless i could examine it first.

This is the first store bought climber I have purchased. It is not the cheapest I saw but compared to others I feel it was a great deal. It is very easy to carry out in the woods and sets up in just a few minutes. The platform gives you enough room to move around and is very good for bowhunting since it does not have the front bar around it.

Item 38-890-231-11 has a streamlined design. Same weight capacity (300 lbs), but the item weighs 5 lbs less than the similar bowhunter climber. Thank you!1 of 1
