Get everything you need for your bow to start bowfishing seriously with the Retriever Pro Bowfishing Reel Combo Kit from AMSBowfishing®. This kit includes the easy-to-use, high performance Retriever Pro bowfishing reel with 200 lb. line, two AMSBowfishing arrows with AMS Chaos Arrow Points, and Safety Slide system installed, "Between the Banks" bowfishing DVD, and an AMSBowfishing Tidal Wave Rest. Fast and simple, the Retriever Pro helps you collect errant shots in seconds without slowing down or affecting your shots in any way like some other bowfishing reels. With no buttons to push before the shot, you can just draw, aim, and shoot, a big feature when aiming at quick moving fish. Line is held in a bottle, instead of on a spool, for exceptional line control and zero-drag performance for longer and faster shots! Quick adjusting telescoping clamp makes adjustments for different sized hands quick and easy. A mount plate gives more clearance for protruding arrow rest. Built-in quiver holds arrow in between fishing spots! Stronger, lighter, and more resistant to corrosion than the original Retriever, the Retriever Pro is an easy to use, complete bowfishing reel designed to last as long as you fish with your bow! The AMS Tidal Wave Rest's nearly fully enclosed design and spinning roller provide stability for maximum arrow control while swing shooting, reducing wear on the arrow shaft and allowing for perfect center shot adjustment.

  • Retriever Pro reel with 200 lb. line
  • AMS Tidal Wave Rest
  • 2 AMSBowfishing arrows with AMS Chaos™ Arrow Points
  • AMD Safety Slide® System installed
  • "Between the Banks" DVD

bow fishing it took some getting use too but this thing was awesome to hunt for the evasive carp population of the California delta. it is easy to use I just had to get used to the tension on the bow. July 17, 2014
Awesome Awesome product! Works great, high quality item. I have fished with 6 times in the first month and no problems. AMS was recommended by other bow fisherman. October 14, 2013
nice product i have only used this product one time and loved it..knocked down and brought in a skate my first shot...works well and might get one for the lady (due to the fact she can't pull back my bow, and she wants to try) June 22, 2011
Bought it for my son 12 yrs old I researched many different bow fishing set ups. I found that the AMS Bowfishing Kit had the most positive results from talking with people who have it and from research on line. I just started bowfishing and I loved my AMS set up. My buddy had the reel type set up and broke off several times and had a close call with the set up...enough said. The AMS proved to be the safest and the most efficient for second shots quickly. I bought one for my 12 year old son for Christmas. I can't wait to go out with him this spring. December 22, 2010

The site will need to be removed to mount the reel. The reel uses the same mounting holes.

Yes, It will fit where the sights screw into the riser of the bow. They make rubber attachments for recurves without holes

I BELIVE THIRTY TWO FROM KNOCK TO TIP. SIZEOF THE ARROW REALLY DONT MATTER TO MUCH WHEN YOUR BOW FISHING (IN MY OPINION) MY GF HUNTS WITH A 22" ARROW WITH HER DEER BOW BUT SHOOTS THE STANDARD AMS ARROW OFF HER CARP BOW (SAME AS MINE) AND WE'VE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM
