This book is great for beginners or anyone who has been out of the fishing loop for a while. It has all of the information that you need, from knots to lines/equipment. It is all covered in this book.

This book was given to me by my Brother and my Mom. This book is so helpful, I learned a lot of knots and rigs from this book. I learned how to make and use different kinds of lures and rigs. I use it almost everytime I go fishing! I love this book so much and I know you will too.

Have been fishing for 50 years - stock ponds, rivers, lakes and creeks. There is good information through out the book for veteran fishermen as well as people starting out. Worked with scouts for several years - this would have been an excellent book for the ones more interested in fishing.

This is a very interesting book for both the novice and experienced angler. I learned a few things when reading as well as remembered a few things I knew but had forgotten. Simplifies tackle into understandable groups and explains uses of tackle.
