I was very happy with my purchase . It was the right part that I needed And I got it quite fast . The only thing I wish was that package would had said that it had the shear pin, and nut was in the package so I didn't have to buy the extra parts.

I had to buy the replacement prop Prop because I failed to tighten the previous Prop. I recommend all users do this. The Prowler T30/30 Trolling Motor is a great trollig motor.

I wanted a small, inexpensive, low thrust trolling motor to try out on my kayak. I found the T30-30 on sale and bought it. (I already have 2 Minn Kota Rip Tides that are awesome, but too big - and I've never had any luck with Motor-Guide). I took the new unit apart so I could shorten the shaft and cable and was impressed with the T30-30's internals! Seems to be made pretty well. Features are very similar to Minn-Kota. I use it in salt water, rinsing thoroughly afterwards - and so far, the performance is real good and it cleans up easy afterwards. Honestly, I don't think an entry level (fresh water) 30 lb Minn Kota would do any better.

I switched from a 2 blade ninja to this 3 blade machete. If your 50 pound thrust prowler is a motorguide with a 3 1/2" hub, then it will fit.If your hub is a 3", then it won't fit.
