A:
Try using a hair dryer on high heat and if that doesnt work maybe a building such as a garage or storage building that retains alot of heat in hot weather. Hopefully one of these will work.

A:
Get your hair dryer and put the heat on high. Insert one hand in the decoy and push out on the dent while applying heat from the hair dryer on the outside. This should pull out the dents.

A:
take your decoy inside and run it under hot water bend it in to the place you want it and quick run cold water on it the cold water cools it down quick so it doesn't deform while cooling and i mean hot water not boiling hot but the hottest it can get coming out of your faucet in your kitchen sink
