3 Blades have less vibration and better low speed control, and more weed resistant, 4 are even better. 2 blade props are for faster speeds, but in the weeds they tend to get wrapped up more.

what other options

Details: 
I bought a 55lbs foot controlled prowler trolling motor is this the only prop that will fit. Mine has two blades where the edges are starting to roll up.

When I called about to replace my 55lb transom mount prop, I was asked whether I was 3 or 4 blades. I guess it depends on what came with for you.
