Will this bench seat cover fit the back seat of a 2007 Chevy Silverado Crew Cab. The bench seat folds up from the bottom. Seat back is attached to body behind the seat with no room to detach the seat, to fully slip previously tried seat covers over the back of the seat, to make fit.How do you detach seat from body of truck so you can slip the cover entirely over the seat?
