A: 
You can certainly mount these in a truck bed. But they are mounted with screws, if you want to drill into your truck bed. They are also designed to hold your poles on a bottom surface, which would not work well mounted on a side wall.

Yes, but I would suggest that you use a wooden frame of 2"X1.0" wood to prevent drilling holes in your truck bed.

Seems like it would easy, but does not hold the rods up, away from the mounting surface. Your rods may get scratched by the truck bed.

They are installed with screws so if you don't mind the holes in your bed, I see no reason why they couldn't be used for a truck bed.

Rod saver deck mount rod holder. -You could with self tapping metal screws. I don't think I would. I would not want my rods sliding or bouncing on the metal bed.
