I have several large recliners and none of them are as high as this chair.I am 6 foot and my feet do not touch the ground when i sit in this chair.Note i just measured it and the height is about 24 it is a HUGE MASSIVE chair.Makes a person feel small sitting in it

I don't know the seat height from the fllor of the rocker, but it is not a wall hugger. It fully reclines.
