depends on your draw. once you find your draw length (there is a calculation on the internet and your ow should be tuned to that lenth) you arrows should be approx 1" longer

These arrows come with inserts but they are not glued or installed so yes you can have them cut.

The arrows come shipped full length with the inserts in a bag. You can take them to get cut, and then glue the inserts in.
