Kinda,...but not quite as durable or as expensive !
Again..."you get what you can pay for" !!
It works very well for me in my treestand and didn't cost me a bundle of money. So I would not be all that upset if I lost it in the woods. It's cheap enough to purchase another one.

Not exactly. Most importantly, it does not reduce amplification of loud noises like gunshots, a very important feature for hunters.
