I've used Crawberry early in the morning when the sun is just peaking over the horizon and also when there is a cloudy overcast and it works well. Later in evening darker....such as june bug or all black works well. On a clear day...stick with natural colors....like bluegill or shad. Look at the baitfish in the pond so you know what colors to mimic with your worms.

A:
Have best success with the green based colors, green pumpkin and watermelonseed. Pumpkinseed also works well for me.

Best are Junebug, watermelon seed and green pumpkin - old traditional ones for stained or any type water. . Bold also works - pink, bright orange and yellows work in the clear water.

i was wondering if the stick-o had the same action but more durability than the senko. if this is true i could save a ton because there is such a difference in price.

the gary yamamotos are much better in quality, weight, action and the yamamotos are the only senko so far to have a vertical fall when rigged texas, and for me catch a fish for every dollar i spend on them or more

the bass pros are cheaper but do not fall vertically when rigged texas style, i would only reccomend fishing these wacky

I prefer the action of the Stick-O rigged wacky over the Senko, because they have a quicker action. However, the opposite is true when used weightless or Texas rigged. The Stick-O is definitely more durable!

Both have the same durability problems when wacky rigged, the Stik-O is a little lighter so has a slower rate of sinking. Since trying the Stik-O it has replaced most of my others...price is the big advantage...and there are a few different color combinations offered in the Stik-O that I have found to be good.

they arent quite as "floppy" as the senko which is what i started with but after catching thousands of bass over the last three years with stik-o worms ill never go back they last through way more fish

In my opinion they have the same action and rate of descent as a gy senko.as far as durability I think the hold up much better.Save yourself some money and switch over to these I don't think you'll be disappointed.

More durable but the action stinks and the plastic is cheap. Senkos are a rip though and tear up easy. The YUM Dinger is vastly superior to both.

Senko are by far greater. BPS stick-o are little more frim compaired to senkos but the price reflects. Buy 18 for $4 or 10 for $8...do the math.

the senko may have a little better action on the drop, but the stik-o makes up for it with more durability abd WAY better pricing. I stock up at sale time at the start of the year, and do very well on both buckets and smallies

A:
It has the same action, and the durability is the same. The advantage is in the price and the number of baits per bag.

A:
Well i've used stickos many times and i got to say it's maybe not as durable as the gy senko but it's definately an effective worm. I've caught many largemouths on these lures.

I just switched over from Senkos to Stik-O for the purpose of saving money and I will say they are just as good as far as catching fish goes. The Senko is a bit heavier but no by much. I get longer casts with the Senko. I'd say that durability is roughly the same. The Senko may be a tad more durable in the weeds. I fished two consecutive days with the Stik-O and caught 40+ bass. Two were over 5 lbs, one 4 ponder, and lots of 2 and 3 pounders. I really like the green (any shade) stik-Os the best. Here's my first fish of the year using a Stik-O

Yes BUT -only because they are 3/8" longer and a tad wider. They measure 5-3/8" Where a Senko is 5". They 5" Dinger is superior to both.

I think that when I use the 5 3/8 and compare it to the five inch Senko it is as fast, maybe faster. I don't think it has the same action on the fall. When compared with a six inch Senko the Stik-o is slower on the fall. I also struggle with the durability, I hate to say it but the original is still better.
