A:

The installation straps are very adjustable, so it should fit almost any UTV. It is fairly wide, so I might question its install on a "small" UTV. I know it fits well on Polaris Ranger and Cub Tracker size vehicles.

Don't know about if it will fit your Kubota or not, but I will tell you that it is not waterproof. Your guns and/or the inside of your case will get wet.

Yes, no problem. It will handle 2 guns with "large" scopes, and the padding protection is excellent.

Yes, I have put two scoped rifles in the case during a hunting event. The separate padded slots from each side protected both rifles during the ride.

Yes--Mine will handle 2 rifles with scopes. ---both scopes on the rifle were 3x9x40's. I don't know if two 50mm scoped rifles will fit.

Yes it does, even large objective scopes. However, getting the guns in and sometimes out, can be a bit tricky.

Yes the case will handle guns with scopes. I don't think it will handle guns with box magazines (AR-15's, Mini 14's, M1 carbines, etc) still attached.
