Yes these are lead pellets, there are many good pellets out there made out of alloy, but their are a few downsides to that. First of all they are often more expensive. Also they often fly faster which creates more sound. Unless you have small children or don't like to wash your hands after handling them, there is really nothing to worry about with the lead pellets.A:
These are definitly lead. RWS makes very soft lead pellets. Not sure of any manufacturer that makes a different material. I recall a while ago Benjamin had a plastic cylindrical pellet with a metal tip on it and not sure if those are still available. Good shooting and stay safe!A:
