I am new to this tool. I know folks talk about it for Senco and Stiko but do folks also use this on Berkley Gulp?

I am a crankbait guy who is trying to expand to softbaits as well.

As long as the worm is thick enough, it should work for any type of wacky rig. I have used it with good results on several different types of worm.

You wrap the o-ring around the "band" of the senko, then insert your hook between the o-ring and the worm. The hook remains exposed.

You don't put the hook into the bait - you slide the hook between the o ring and the bait thus lessening the chances of your bait being torn/ripped by the hook during use......makes a wacky rig last a lot longer.

Just the oring. Also I suggest you use the Yum Dinger 5" worm and when you need a little extra weight a 1/8 oz jig .

A:
hook it through the o ring only!! when a bass takes it and you hook up the o ring and lure will slid up the line while fighting the fish. When the fish thrashes its head, instead of ripping the lure off the line, the o ring takes the pressure off the lure, thereby saving the lure.

You slide the hook through the O-ring and if you're careful it doesn't go int the bait at all. Avoid hooking the worm so as to not tear up your baits... which is the purpose of the tool!

Just slide your hook between the O-ring and your bait. The Gamakatsu Weedless Finesse Wide Gap Hook works great in conjunction with this.

Just the O ring. some cases fish will push the worm up your line. without the oring a much greater chance of losing the senko.
