A:
I am 6' 3" and 250 pounds. It is a little snug but I have no trouble getting in and out of mine.

It is tall enough to allow easy bow use.

This is my favorite hub style blind, and I have had several.

A:
You could not shoot a bow or gun from the blind while standing up. The top does have an opening on one side that a gun or cross bow could be shot from but your direction would be limited to one side. You would have to stoop a little to enter the door. If you much of a balance problem this could be an issue for you. I found one of the blinds set up at Bass Pro and tried it out. I would recommend you do the same if possible.

does this blind have brush loops on it?

A:
The blind is advertised to have the ability to add brush to it but I did not find this easy to do. I cut brush and placed on the ground which worked well. I have only used this blind once but found it to be an excellent blind and maybe I just did not spend the time to figure out how to add brush above ground. I would not let this stop me from buying this blind.

No floor. It is open to the ground. Actully better so that the material does not get damaged. Just clea out an area on the ground to ensure quiet movement

Roof opens on one side. However you need to be over 6ft tall to see out of it well or hunt from the roof opening

How thick or thin is the exterior material for this blind ? Have seen others that have such thin exterior that it flaps in the wind and scares away animals...thanks very much

A:
Its fairly thick, close to the thickness of 1000D tactical nylon. The blind is tight when assembled and I havent had any issues with the material flapping in the wind. Make sure you bring stakes on a windy day or your blind may get up and blow away on you. Learned that the hard way....

The fabric is thick and is pulled taut when the blind is opened up. If the blind is staked down well the wind is a non-issue.

A:
The material is 600 and much like a good quality tent material. Not very waterproof, but is adequate for light rain or snow events. Good quality and does not blow much in the wind. The curtains are pulled fairly tight and offer a good camo even in higher winds.

A:
The material is not all that thick, but it is tight and doesnt flap. However, its the window netting and blackout panels that move and flutter in the wind, and that does definitely spook game. This blind cost me about three different opportunities on a gobbler this week because of its poor design in the wind. Turkeys would see the blind from very long distances and swing way wide. In any significant wind at all, this blind is absolutely useless.
