Details:
I'm confused by the threaded or standard model. I have a Swivl-Eze that twist in to the base to secure. My seat just drops into my current pedestal; no twisting, but I'm looking for an adjustable model to change seat height. Thanks.

A:
The threaded model drops into the hole on your deck, you screw in to tighten it so it will not pull out. The top is where you put your pin seat on and it has a locking screw to tighten down the seat . The lever is to raise or lower your height, hydrolic gas pressure.

A:
are you asking about your seat mounting to the pole or the pole mounting to the floor of your boat?
the seats just have a pin that drops into all the poles.
