Only reads one temp at a time. There are units that measure both, such as the Maverick Remote Smoker Thermometer et73, although I do not see one offered at Bass Pro.

The model I have does not track oven temp. I have not seen one that does.

There are some "dual sensor" units available, but I've not found one with the option of the remote.

If you do find one that does all of these, I'd bet you'd be better to buy an oven sensor, and a cordless model. Don't use the meat thermometer in the oven!!

It will keep either temperature but only one at a time. If you have the probe in your meat or other food, it will show you that temperature. If you just put the probe inside the smoker, it will give you that temperature.

I use mine in my offset smoker all the time. 4 years old and still running. Be careful of the probe wire getting pinched and you will have no problems.
