A: 
Not likely, most mounting bases are on wide gunnels and still need reinforcements underneath. The weights are too heavy.

A: 
To mount to a Rail you will need the Clamp Mount manufacturer item #2207327..Maximum clamp opening 2". Or, a Rail/Side Mount Manufacturer item #2250940. We do not carry them. Please contact Cannon.

Details: 
I just recieved 2 of these and see in the instruction it says I should be able to reel out and reel in. The 2 I have only reel out and I can't figure out how to reel them in.
