How does it fit?

Details: 
I have a 16' jon boat that will have pedestal seats, trolling motor, and other accessories on the deck. If I buy the 16' cover, will it fit the boat with everything on it or does it just fit snug without any accessories on the boat?

cover supposed to be snug, those accessories above the deck, may lift up cover. may want to go bigger cover?
