The Kamp-Rite Double Tent Cot is a versatile piece of outdoor furniture that has a tent built on top of a sturdy aluminum cot frame. Built out of 210D Poly Oxford fabric with a PU waterproof coating and no-see-um mesh doors and windows, the cot provides plenty of ventilation and protection from the elements when needed. Comes with two single 3/8" foam sleep pads. The Double version of the Tent Cot is built to accommodate two adults, and the "dome style" design allows for extra headroom. By tilting one end you can enjoy the relaxing comfort of a lounge chair during the day or sleeping under the stars at night. Weight capacity: 500 lbs.

I would think a full size mattress. My wife and I layed on it to see how it was for space and although it wouldn't be enough room for restless sleepers we were both comfortable.

you can us an air mattress the one I use is an Ascend self inflating it is 30in wide by 72 in long and there still have room at my feet

the Bed Size is 84" L x 52" W so you will want to stay in that size for an air mattress. Yes, you should be able to use a small tent fan inside.

Not sure what you mean by "bottom of the floor to the ground", but from the bottom of the cot to the ground is appoximately 21". Plenty of room for bags. I am tall and in a sitting position my feet just touch the ground.

It's not small. That is partly why it is so solid and comfortable.
It folds up to about 53x33x7.5".

Yes, it really does come with a rain fly. You can buy the camo rain fly separately if you want, but it comes with solid green one.
