Does this switch panel need to be installed in boat cabin or can it be out in the weather?

my panel is outdoors in the weather and has had no trouble,with rain or the spraying it takes from the lake

This panel has to be installed inside if it gets water on it some of the switches WILL go bad.1 of 1
