Attwood's Retractable Neat Cleat sports a slim profile and installs quick and easy on narrow gunwales. Friction springs hold the cleat up when raised. When lowered, the Neat Cleat is only 1/2" above deck with a smooth, continuous contour that prevents snags and stubbed toes. Attractive and durable, each 7/16" post is constructed of 316 stainless steel backed by a Lifetime Warranty against corrosion.
