I have the inulated bait bag model # 38-424-336-00 and it has 4 pouchs on each side to hold ice / ice packs. I was wonder if these fish bags are made the same way with pouches.

Yes, the bag does have a drain. I guess the zipper cogs (if you will) seperated from the stress on the bag. I was able to move the zipper head from end to end and close the bag and that was that.
