Good luck finding something for you. I've not seen anything on the market designed for woman.... sorry.
I would limit the amount of fluid you drink before you hunt and drink little to no caffiene. My wife suffers with the same issue. Hopefully as women become more involved in hunting new products will be released targeted for their use.
