A:
The regular shockwave bullet is locked but not bonded. This means that there is a raised part of the jacket on the inside preventing the lead core from comming out durring expantion. However this does not stop the lead on the nose from breaking off. The bonded bullet is built in the same way but they go one step farther and electricly bond the lead and copper together. This helps the lead stay on the bullet resulting in deaper penatration

I believe the bonded are solid core and one piece. I feel I get better performance on VA whitetails out of the non bonded bullet. My accuracy was also better with non bonded.

A:
the differnce is not much the black sabots are .4955 and the yellow ones are .4935 though the bullet sits much better in the yellow sabot. the yellow in my omega X7 is deadly, like hit an apple every time at 100yds. I would say thats good enough for any kind of hunting unless you want to shoot tweedy birds at 100yds.

Yes, he is correct. They do go down the bore easier. I had an old Knight Wolverine which my son has now. I used the older regular Shockwaves and they work fine. I got a new Omega and the older Shockwaves are extremely hard to get down the bore. I went to the SuperGlides and they worked great and are very accurate. I shot a 200 grain in the old ones, but 250 grain is the smallest you can get in the SuperGlides.
