A: 
There might be some sort of hardware you can buy to install the holders on a T-Top but my suggestion would be to contact a T-Top manufacture and see what fits your T-Top. If Bass Pro has T-Tops they may have what you are looking for. As far as I know the rod holders in question are focused on instillation on your boat gunnels.
