Yes-make sure you pop the bed up and release the spring on the bed to measure and drill holes. Make sure you follow your lines to make sure that you won't hit anything like steel. I had to remove the heat shield from the muffler, that is screwed into the underside of the bed.

The mounting base is fully adjustable.
