A: 
Depends on the lure itself. A size 2 or 4 round bend treble is a place to start. A suggestion would be the VMC conecut in the X or XX. Large heavier hooks will sometimes ruin the action. You can however use a heavier hook just leave one set out for example of a triple treble rigged lure.
