Stops 'em DEAD in their tracks...now you can TURBOCHARGE your feeder!

This botanical and synthesized chemical extract is proven to draw deer. The concentration of minerals and extracts works even when bucks are out of rut, because it's a powerful forage-based stimulant -- not a sex attractant. Spurs animals to instinctively seek out food, both on and below the ground's surface. Unique blend of plant and root extracts and mineral stabilizers gives you the opportunity to take aim while the animal paws, digs, and roots, trying to get to the food source.

No, I think they make a concentrate that you can mix with water but this doesnt need to be, just mix in with your feed or just sprinkle it out on the ground

Believe me you dont need to mix this with anything. Of corse it depends on what the deer in your area are used to, but on my property they cant get enough.
