Model 15B Series nets are primarily designed for shrimp and small live bait usage.
Model 18 Series nets are mullet nets made with heavy .44mm mono.
Model 19, 20 and 21 Series nets are designed to open and sink fast for Menhaden use. Extra-heavy lead makes these nets perform well in deep water.
Model 22 Series nets are also designed for Menhaden but have 1-1/2 lb. of lead per foot to sink even faster.

Betts warranty service

Details: 
Last year I bought a Betts Super Pro 8' x 3/8" mesh, used it a couple times, cared for it per instructions, now it's dry rotted. Can warrantee cover it?

of mono or nylon? 2nd for bate like shrimp or small fish what size mess should you use 3/8 or 1/2 " and is there a difference between a 5 foot or 6 foot as far as ease of the throw? nylon is real strong material and shoulden it last longer then mono ?

Mono is mos often chosen by fisherman. The smaller the mess the smaller the bait it will catch. A larger mesh allows the net to sink faster

5 to 6 foot nets throw about the same.
