not sure, but I use them on 200's and it is fairly snug; it is a stretchy material though. hope this helps a little.

From all the information I have gathered on Shimano 300/400 series - this cover will fit. It fits my Abu Garcia 6600C and that's nearly the same size as your 300/400 series.

Also my Abu Garcia still has about 1/2 inch of extra room left in the cover once it's on, not to mention that it will stretch another inch or so on top of that because of this covers design.

I think you'll be fine.
