The Down Under incorporates a metal lip, solid through-wire construction, Mustad® hooks, extra-loud rattles, and attention-grabbing Lazer Eyes. Trolls great from a flatline or downrigger. 9" models have double hooks.

As loyal as I am to BPS I have to say if you're looking for above average speed try the new Bomber Saltwater Series. The Lazer Eyes get "squirley" above 3.5 to 4.0. If you mean 1-3 mph being fast enough then by all means use the Lazers...I still have several in my tackle box and use them regularly.Details:

If you go on line to bassproshops.com look up lure nd click search and it should show you a chart and on the chart you'll see depth,size,etc.it depends on the size some of these dive 12'.1 of 1
