A:
I use them with arkie jigs and Gamakatzu jig heads, sometimes 1/16 and sometimes 1/8 ounce. Don't fool with cheap hooks as the nibbles come off easily.

I use these with a 1/32 oz jighead. The hook is the perfect size and the jighead does not allow the fish to swallow the hook too deep.

A:
go as small as possible, a prefer a 8 or 10 size octopus hook, or a trout egg hook in the same size, just make sure that the hook is the same color as the bait if possible.
