A:
It has a leather liner which in theory would block out moisture, but water must get in through seems and the zipper because if it gets wet there will be water inside, and because of the leather interior this moisture is trapped and will rust your hooks if you don't open it, remove the lures, wipe it out and allow the lures to air dry, or do what I do and use a hair dryer on high for 10-15 minutes.

What else can fit?

Details:
I'd like to use this as my Trout lure wallet, and it would be key if I could also hold some Rapala Countdowns in there. Would they fit in there nicely?

A:
Do what I did and cut out the leather flap with the metal grommets which will catch the barbs of your hooks and make lure removal difficult and replace it with cut to fit 1/8 inch thick craft foam. This will allow you to gently plug the lures into the foam and secure them by one or bothe hooks for less tangles. Otherwise yes they will fit but the will slip from the horizontal position to a vertical one and tangle on each other

A:
The interior has 2 rows of eyelets, to which the lures are hung by the rear hook. If the overall length of your lure (hung by the back hook) is 3" or less, it will hang nicely from the top row of eyelets. The bottom row will accomadate lures 2.5" OAL.

The number that will fit would depend on the depth of the lures.

The inside width demenision of the wallet is about 6.5 inches

Hope this Helps - - Dancy

I think some small ultralight plugs could fit in this. They would have to be small, no more that about 2 1/2" to be safe.

A:
I cant see why it wont, the only problem i could possibly see is the other hook of the rapala getting caught up in the other lures.

A:
The outside measures approx. 7.5" Wide, and 5.5" Tall.
The inside dimensions approx. 6.5" Wide, and 4.5" Tall.

Lures (hanging from the rear hook), that are 3" long to the eyelet or less, will fit nicely from the top row of eyelets.
The bottom row will accomadate up to 2.5".

I don't have the wallet in front of me, but I would say it's about the size of a half a sheet of paper.
