How tall is this case?

Details: 
I have a Stoeger shotgun 41" that I want to get this case for. However, my shotgun has a pistol grip. Any idea how tall this case is? I'm thinking since this is a scoped case, it should fit.

The case is 10 1/2" at the middle, and 12" at the rear end, which is the tallest point.

Huddy, its approximately 12" at the butt end on the inside measurement and gradually starts tapering toward barrel end. Hope that helps!
