I've heard of similar paints being used, all the directions were followed, and the paint flaked off as soon as they boat was in the water. I was told by some people that I should just get marine based paint, but that is hard to find in flat camo patterns. Will this paint do the job?

dont get consumed with bottom camo . get the alum jon boat paint as your base coat .

Should be OK BUT I'd use a flat grey primer coat first.
