The Peak Rotary Vice has a positive-stop cam action that allows repeatable gripping from the first fly to the last. Its hardened jaws can hold hooks ranging from a 2/0 streamer hook to a #24 midge. Additional features include an adjustable height and length bobbin rest, a quick-change jaw and an adjustable friction knob. Optional Peak Saltwater Jaws are available for hook sizes up to 6/0.

It depends on if you get the C-clamp or pedestal. The pedestal base adds like 3 pounds to the overall weight of the vise whereas the C-clamp only adds like a half a pound.

Yes, it's the PRV-G2 if you look at the Peak website .. or on Bass Pro Shops website it's the same as item #: 38-430-151-00. It's a great vise and made in the USA.
