Can I connect with this to a regular propane tank And just conect a coleman head to it?

yes i hooked it to the tank from my bbq and than hooked it to two coleman stoves it also works with lanterns and anything that is propane for camping. although you have to have a couple of hoses

You could but, It would not be safe to do so and a little bulky for the table.The correct and safe use of this Tee is to put it on a bulk propaine tank and then get a propaine hose form one of the Tee conections and then conect it to the coleman head.
