For real worms. You put the worm on the hook carefully, without putting the hook through the side of the worm, then on the part of the worm hanging off the hook, you insert the blower needle, squeeze the bottle slowly and the worm will fill full of air in the tail. It now floats off the bottom.

Its for real worms so they float off bottom behind a lindy or splitshot rig. Plastic worms do not have any cavity to inject air into.1 of 1
