I like to use the BPS Squirt head with the red hook. They are offered in several weights and also with gold hooks. These have the smaller hooks for crappie and panfish.

The have jig heads specifically for the squirman squirts that fit inside those hollow baits called "squirt heads". I think they are listed under BPS leadheads. Thats what I would use instead of these. I would use these on solid grubs like the triple ripple and curly tails.
