I went to my BPS yesterday and decieded to try these out. I pulled the smaller 18 slot case off the shelf and went over and picked up a RatLTrap 1/2oz and took it out of the box. The front of the case states that it will hold 18 baits (spinner/jigs/RatLTraps) and RatLTraps up to 2 oz in size. This IS NOT the case. I tried to stick in a 1/2oz standard rattle and there was no way to fit it in the slot. The hooks got caught in the plastic and the bait wouldnt come out nor fit right in the first place. I asked the sales associate, who looked dumbfounded and didnt know how they went in. If you are one who is using this for RatLTraps, how are you putting these in?? We even used the bigger version - same result. He needed hemostats to pull out the treble hook from the plastic and poked his finger x2, nice.

I would like to know the length, width and height of the 3714 Plano FlipSider tackle box.

Also, are the dividers removable in case you have larger items to store?

A:
the dimensions are listed next to the item number where you place your order. The box has compartments that are on hinges that "flip" up for ease of access instead of dividers. I'm sure you could get one out but i wouldn't count on being able to get it back in.
