2/0, 3/0 or 4/0.........If you rig the worm under some type of band wrapped around the center of the worm. If you rig the worm through the body center use the 4/0.

For weightless Texas rigging I use a 2/0 Gamakatsu Skipjack hook fished on 10lb flourocarbon on a spinning rod. When fishing a baitcaster I use 12-14lb flouro and a 3/0 EWG Gamakatsu.

When wacky rigging, I use a 1/0 Gamakatsu Weedless Finesse Wide Gap hook.
